"Got off to a bad start with the place not being ready on arrival despite communication with the company beforehand. Had to call the property manager who came and let us rest in the main house until it was cleaned. Staff friendly . Accommodation needs refreshing throughout. The photos online don’t reflect the state of the property. Only shutters , no glass or mosquito netting so after dusk and early morning they had to be kept closed because of insects and monkeys. "Excellent location, gated community, safe, very clean, great water pressure, well equipped. Gym, pool, access to beach club but no chairs on beach. Super close to grocery store and local restaurants. Quick access to highways to tour island. Good location. Bring own shampoo/conditioner. House nicely preset to be cool on arrival and instant coffee on hand and ice a nice touch. Housekeeping mid way through the week was great. On site laundry was great to wash beach towels etc. "
