We arrived Sunday and unfortunately the restaurants were closed and we requested if she can prepare supper for us which she gladly did and she did not even accept our payment. "I really enjoyed my stay here at South Point. From the moment we walked in customer service was spectacular. They were very helpful, anything we needed they were there to assist. From rides every day and even booking excursions for us! The room was beautiful nice and cozy, had a nice kitchenette that was very beneficial. "I will not go back this resort in future. Location and properties were good but the staffs are not friendly and some of them has attitude . Breakfast menu is almost the same everyday and most are deep fried and all food rich with oil. For the dinner, you have to make a reservation, you can not just go eat within time limit (not the buffet style)and need to set up the time , the menu is not much to choice. "Room was spacious and clean. However, it was loud at night. The music from the bar, the neighboring field, restaurants next door, and the wildlife made it difficult to sleep our entire stay. While two twin beds pushed together is the same size as a king bed, it is not one bed and makes sleeping next to your spouse difficult. I would say our stay was just ok. If we ever came back to the island we would chose a different location to stay."

"The staff are excellent. When we arrived, we were shown to a building with NO elevator. Because I have a neuromuscular disorder, I require an elevator. the staff switched us to such a building immediately.
