"The property is very pretty. The staff is amazing. Everyone is friendly whether you were at the restaurants, by the pool, the beach or the hotel desk. It didn't mtatter. They have impeccable manners. The rooms are well decorated. The food is delicious. There is so much variety. The menu changes practically daily at both the buffet and Colin's(another eating spot). "I think the first day set the experience in a negative and was hard to bounce back from. I chose this hotel to stay at for my birthday. Upon arrival we were taken to a room that honestly should not be rented out as a part of this hotel at this time. The space is still clearly being transitioned from apartments and does not give any sense of relaxation. . The room is extremely small with very little walking space. The doors are rusted and I would not use the kitchen. This is their kitchenette...
