"Self contained cabin in the middle of farm country. Plenty of toiletries, breakfast provisions of fresh local fare, the pot belly stove was well stocked, electric blankets on the beds and a super friendly host to introduce us to the property then left us alone. Perfect! Add to that the gorgeous dogs to make you feel at home, plenty of local wildlife around and a coffee pod machine in the kitchen made it the perfect stay. "We absolutely loved our stay at Cradle Highlander and wish we could have stayed longer than one night. It is such a charming place - we loved the cosiness of our cabin, especially the wood fire and comfy bed. We also enjoyed the peaceful surrounds and privacy. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to make a nice dinner. If you're looking for an authentic wood cabin experience immersed in native bush, this is it!"

"We were married here in 2015 and return regularly. It is a truely unique place, away from it all out in the beautiful Tasmanian rainforest. A place to relax, get in touch with nature, escape the hustle and bustle and recharge. The accommodation is clean and comfortable, if a little outdated. The king beds could use an upgrade ie. make them a king, not two singles joined in the middle. But the cabins are warm, light filled and surrounded by the rainforest.
