"We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at the Empire. The bar girl and our waitress in the dining room were so helpful and friendly. Our room was very comfy although one side of the electric blanket didn’t work. The creaky floor added character to the building. The entrance with its beautiful staircase and furniture was so beautiful . Thoroughly enjoyed our meal in the dining room and our breakfast the next morning. Would recommend this hotel to our friends.😊. "

"We spent two nights at "No Seven", and we have nothing but good things to say about it. The apartment is spacious, extremely clean, well equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, and even a washing machine. Comfortable beds and heated blankets kept us warm during two cold rainy Strahan nights. The location is a few minutes of walking away from Strahan centre and esplanade. "We stayed in the Ironstone room, which was large, homely and had a great view of Cradle Mountain. It was easy to check in and very friendly staff. We booked the tomahawk steak dinner and it did not disappoint! The light breakfast consists of Muesli and yoghurt which was also a nice start to the day. We would highly recommend staying here and wish we had longer!"
