Hotel Mesra Alam di Barat Laut Ontario

"This Ramada was packed full of evacuees from the fires raging in Canada. So, they were short on staff and supplies. Easy to understand. However, the hotel is in dire need of a full-time maintenance team. Our ceiling light had several burned-out bulbs in it. The shower fan looked like it would fall from the ceiling any minute as it was hanging by power cords and was not secured in the ceiling. "The pool and hot tub were great. The jets in the hot tub weren't working, but the temperature was perfect. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were disappointed by the breakfast - would have appreciated some protein like hot eggs, bacon or sausage. The room was nice and everything was clean. Lots of parking available. "
