"Valet was amazing! Loved location of this property. Restaurants at property are nice and convenient. Our room was clean and bed was comfortable. Our view was poor from our room-which was the roof and vent system and a wall, but we were not staying for the view and I am sure other rooms had great views. Very walkable area- to the theater and 16th street mall no problem at all. Lots of things to do in walking area. "

"The staff is amazing. For the rate, I was hoping for at least a continental breakfast. The iron in our room was very old and damaged but the staff replaced it quickly. The pool had no more towels when we arrived around 9pm. We will be back!"

"Beautiful downtown location. Clean rooms. Only downside is being able to hear so much of downtown traffic in the middle of the night. "

"1- the staff were helpful so that was the only good thing 2- I got moved in to 2 different rooms, both of them windows never lock 3- there’s a huge sign saying that “ this is a smoke free property “ yet outside near the hotel people are blowing smoke like a steamed train, inside the hotel was even worse than the outside, the whole building smelled like cigarette…. 4- my body is full of bumps before leaving that place, coz the beds had some bugs on it, very disappointed, no wonder why it was cheaper than most hotels "

"I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The entire property was clean and well-maintained, which made a great first impression. My room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless—exactly what you hope for when traveling. One feature I especially appreciated was the added security of needing a key card to access the elevator. It gave me extra peace of mind throughout my stay. The bar and restaurant were excellent, offering great food and drinks in a welcoming atmosphere. I also loved the convenience of the 24-hour mini market, which had a nice variety of snacks and beverages, including both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. The complimentary breakfast was another highlight—plenty of good choices to start the day off right. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again. "
