The couch and upholstered bench were covered in stains. The night table was full of crumbs. Bathroom towels had holes. Brought this to the attention of the morning front desk and she said “ok.” Not ok, I had to cover the furniture with their towels. As I was a late evening check in and an early departure it, I was too tired upon entering the room to go back down and complain.
The check in was short staffed. One staff for a long line.
Beware, there are signs posted that the property is undergoing renovation and to keep blinds closed. This was not noted on reservation sites.
