"Stay was poor. Room was rundown and poorly maintained. The water in the sink was brown for several minutes. The sea view is too far away from the chalet to appreciate. Swimming pool was over run with kids. Food ( buffet breakfast )was average. I would give this place a miss and stay somewhere else closer to KLIA where we had to catch a flight from. "

"Only one type of communication is through WhatsApp messages. Very hard to solve the problem. I’m trying to get my deposit refund but after a month, I’ve been trying to contact, still don’t get any answer. "

"1. Loved the room & the view 2. I had requested a smoking room in my reservations & even sent a message to remind. I received an email back saying allocation is based on availability. But during check-in I was informed that the whole hotel is non-smoking. Would be good if I was informed of this prior so I can manage expectations. "

"Good service hotel from check in, room service, restaurant and check out. A great experience. Peaceful night. Room amenities was good. Restaurant is tip yop. Good commuting to anywhere from hotel."
