"Hotel was closed for 2 months yet they received the booking. Got a number to call and check in from expedia when the hotel was closed. I went all the way and was left panicking as hotel was closed. No messages nothing. Terrible experience and so not trusworthy"

"Guy on the desk was very helpful and he does a good job, however the hotel doesn't accept credit cards so they asked me to walk 5 minutes on the side of the motorway to an ATM. Bed sheets also not very clean and had multiple stains. Wifi didn't work in the morning. "

"At the time i check in, the staff told me that they don’t have room for me and then suddenly say this is the last room. The size of the room is okay but it just like a budget hotel only with old furniture and the price a bit expensive.. "
