The Lodge at Camp Margaritaville
10/10 Excellent
"This resort is so beautiful! We were there for 2 nights for Dollywood (Sunday and Monday night). It is a great, quiet location super close to the park. We drove but I think I saw the trolley come up to the property so I bet that would be a great way to get around the Sevierville area. It was too cold to enjoy the little lazy river or pool but they were gorgeous! The camp/RV area looked gorgeous!! All of the staff were very nice. We only ate at the restaurant once and it was good. There were 2 bars, upstairs where the restaurant and pool are and one downstairs where the arcade and activities were held. We loved Bingo, shuffleboard, and there were lots of comfy areas to play board games. The arcade was impressive with some fun games! We are already planning a trip back and hoping to have some better weather and time to enjoy all the amenities! The room was very spacious!! It was decked out in the cute Margaritaville style with a mini fridge, microwave, and a Keurig! The beds were super comfy!! I hope this helps and I highly recommend this property!"

"There was some sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot. It doesn't look like they were staying here. And they looked at their possibly homeless living out of their vehicle. We just made sure we locked our doors. "

Harrah's Cherokee – A Caesars Rewards Destination
6/10 Okay
"I was told by the reservation clerk that I booked a smoking room. When I showed him my reservation was indeed a non smoking he said he booked me in a 2 queen non smoking room in a smoking building.
He did not tell me that I need my room key to advance the elevator to my room. I stood in there thinking I was stuck until someone from an upper floor advanced the elevator. A guest coached me on how to get to my room. Upon entering my room none of the lights would come on. I found housekeeping on the floor and they told me it was a master switch at the door for all the lights.
Finally upon getting settled I went to use the restroom and there was left over urine and paper in the bowl. "

The Ramsey Hotel and Convention Center Pigeon Forge
2/10 Terrible
"Bedding was dirty with what looked like old food stains. We reported this to the staff and asked for clean sheets on our beds which they said they would do. When we returned, the bed was semi made with the same stained sheets. We went down and asked for new clean sheets and remade beds ourselves. Rooms were not cleaned like they normally are daily. Was just not the experience we remember and we do not plan on returning. "
