"Great location. Clunky check-in as all virtual. Hot tub, which is the reason booked was broken, saunas did not heat up, could not adjust the heat in the room, so even though we tried to turn it off it was 80’ overnight. Machine for tea also didn’t work. Clean rooms but the hot tub and heat issues made us disappointed "

"Easy to check in. Clean and spacious room but limited furniture and broken lamp (switch missing & bulb was not in the lamp). Old air conditioning - very noisy and inaccurate/ineffective temp controls. Older windows - noise from the highway quite loud. Additionally, in case there is a late bird guest in the room above you, forget about a restful night sleep - footsteps noise and interference are really bad (ask to be on the 2nd/top floor). "

"Hotel was good, everything was as expected. Drain in bathtub was broken so my toddler couldn’t take a real bath, but that wasn’t a huge deal, just had to shower. Check in staff was okay, check out staff was very friendly. The location is EXCELLENT! Walked to everything. "

For a person who does not like animals, especially in a room where I am sleeping.This is highly important to me... the area was quiet and within walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops... Clean room no lint in the corners, clean bathroom...older building... Reasonable price...friendly and informative staff."
