"No frills stay with a kitchen and dishwasher (make sure your room has one— some do not!!!). Location is across the street from Jiminy Peak, so skiing can be accomplished almost as easy as staying on their property. This is our fourth time staying and it always serves its purpose. "

"Plenty of space and storage. Excellent view. Kitchen was adequately supplied for cooking basic meals. Lake Lure wasn't quite back to normal and some roads were still closed after the hurricane last year but this made a great home base to visit surrounding cities like Ashville, Black Mountain and Hendersonville. "

"The room was perfect. We stayed un a stuidio unit. Standard size fridge and stove with an oven. Making Christmas dinner was a breeze. Nice comfortable bed and pull-out sifa bed. Great grounds for sledding. Kids had a blast! Pools were heated!!! "

"The cabin was clean, we liked the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser in the shower. I was very pleased when we arrived and there were several different types of coffee (the only thing I would suggest is to use the small liquid creamers instead of the packets of dry creamer). I liked that paper products were supplied instead of actual dishes, glasses etc., that way we could just throw them away. "Really great stay. Spacious apartment, clean and well-maintained. All the cooking tools and pots/pans we needed (but bring your own ingredients/condiments, like salt/pepper). Hot tub and pool were well heated and not crowded even over the holidays. Easy access to the mountains. Only note is that the fireplace hasn’t worked since the hurricane — totally understandable, but would have been nice to have that on the listing. Absolutely would stay again!"
