"The location was nice being downtown. We had a suite which was nice and large. Bed was comfortable. Place is a bit run down. Continental breakfast was weak at best. We went out for breakfast instead. Pillows were small and not comfortable. Couches in suite were stained. Our window faced the restaurant and it was loud until they closed on a Friday night (midnight???). Don’t think I’d rent there again. . "

On paie un prix premium en s’attendant à une certaine qualité… mais au final, on se retrouve redirigé vers une chambre régulière sans réelle valeur ajoutée. Franchement, pour le prix payé, c’est loin d’être justifié. Le spa est petit, dépassé et clairement désuet. Rien de relaxant ni d’exceptionnel — surtout quand on compare avec d’autres établissements au même tarif. Bref, c’est beaucoup trop dispendieux pour la qualité offerte. Je ne...

"Everything went well. I booked two rooms and they were side by side. Staff was helpful when asked about places to eat nearby. Housekeeping was friendly. Would stay here again if in the area."

"We were somewhat disappointed w/ the size of the room. It was tiny. Also, given the price of the room, and especially compared to others in the area, the continental breakfast should have been free. The parking garage was not well lit. We did enjoy the easy, walkable access to shops and restaurants."

"The room was clean and spacious, breakfast was good and well organized. Light switches in rooms were hard to locate they are small black buttons on the wall unit, and headboard. Staff at desk were not very friendly! The use of automated text message based checkin service was sketchy and seemed almost like a scam asking you to upload photo ID and credit card without even providing confirmation number! Do better Best Western, almost don’t want to stay at BW anymore if They continue that method!"
