"Nothing too fancy, but its well kept and clean and great if your looking for a low budget stay."

"The dishes in the room were dirty and the room wasn't the cleanest either. With several nicks and small holes in the walls. The fire pits in the courtyard did not work. The people in the room above us had small children and were loud all night despite posted quite hours. Staff was friendly."

"The property was fantastic and very family friendly. Would have given 5 stars but the wifi didn't work. The pool was awesome and the views are to die for. If you're booking just remember families come here so if you're wanting quiet and private then book a cabin instead. Had some guy beat in our door and try to OPEN it at 9pm on a SATURDAY night because he didn't like that he could hear us walking above him. Besides that, check in was super easy and we loved the deck with gas firepits!...

"Everything about the property was great except the check in procedure. This was a little complicated for us being from Canada. Thank goodness there was a person in the lobby that was able to assist us. Room was great."

"This is the second time we have stayed at Baskin Creek condos. Overall we have a great time and experience. The first in a 2 bedroom condo, this time in a 3 bedroom. We wish the kitchen had more cooking utensils, a gas grill and outdoor kitchen in the pool area, and the condos are little dated. There are some noticeable maintenance work that needs to be conducted to the exterior of the building. Our condo was on the 5th floor, and every morning around 4am, the garbage truck would come by...

"We stayed with our children. The kitchen was great to have! We enjoyed our stay on the third story. The pool and hot tub was wonderful! The property was very nice we wished the play ground would of been fully operational with the slide that was pictured but we all had a blast with the pool our rooms wete very nice comfy beds very clean. The pull out mattress was a plus! Thank you so much! "

"My stay here was great. They have large carts that help with bringing in belongings, and a Food Lion grocery store right across the parking lot to shop at. The kitchen could use some updated kitchen utensils and pots/pans but it was adequate to cook a few meals. My sofa was very uncomfortable because the cushions angled down a lot, but there was an armchair that was usable. The bed was a little softer than average and comfortable.
