"The hotel was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond during my stay from decorating the room for my birthday to accommodating me with my dog and even having a goodie bag for my dog. The hotel is located right in the heart of Banff with a great restaurant, souvenir shop, and coffee shop on the premises. The hotel is also a block over from the bus stop that takes visitors to various local attractions."
