The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating, particularly Veronica and Sarah who provided invaluable assistance with our inquiries and needs. The hotel is conveniently located in the historic district, offering a wide range of dining and shopping options. Uber is available at reasonable prices, and the hotel also provides affordable car service. The Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe is within a short 10-minute drive. This hotel is highly recommended, and we intend to return during our next visit to Mexico City."
