Hotel Kembara di Bandar Melaka

"Great hotel, large rooms, lovely staff and great location in the centre of the tourism area. Really enjoyed our stay a breakfast was included and had lots of choice. Our only problem was the pool was closed for refurbishing for a couple of week which coincided with our stay. We were not aware this would be the case when we booked a couple of weeks earlier. There was a lovely pool at their next door property though which they kindly escorted us to. Think this is probably the best hotel and...

"Lovely hotel in the thick of things. Friendly staff and the hotel itself was spotless. Comfortable bed, great shower and very good in room coffee. Would highly recommend."

"Nice clean room but lacking in room amenities. For the price I would expect more. Good location within walking distance to places of interest. Checking in and out was a breeze. Overall satisfactory. But there are probably better choices out there. "

"The hotel does not have fancy furnishings and the junior suite has a very small bathroom. The shower cubicle was leaking water onto the outside floor, making the bath mat wet. We think it is either the grout or the glass seal that lets water seep out. What we like is that the place is clean and the housekeeping staff do a good job, cleaning the rooms."

"All day biscuits and coffee was a nice touch and was handy when you needed a break from waking around in the heat. Rooms are reasonably sized. Try to get a room away from the road otherwise you'll be listening to the trishaws until midnight. "

"Masa menunggu bilik untuk siap terlalu lama. Check in pukul 2.30 petang tetapi bilik tersedia pukul 4 petang Aircond dan tv yang usang, tidak rosak tetapi tidak up to date. Aircond tidak sejuk Air swimming pool tidak bersih Telefon receptionist pukul berapa bilik siap. Tetapi, receptionist kata dia akan tanya housekeeping dan beritahu bila siap. Tunggu setengah jam tiada jawapan. Apabila telefon balik, perkara sama berulang, receptionist kata dia akan tanya housekeeping dan beritahu bila...

"Sederhana sahaja kerana tidak mempunyai lif, kesukaran tempat parking. Lihat pada gambar2 yg dipaparkan seperti menarik biliknya tetapi realitinya tidak. Tilam pun menurun ke tengah katil."
