"I didn't expect much as i only paid $13 CAD for the room. The was basic and old but overall i was happy with the value for the price paid. The room, sheets and towels were basic and clean and the service was excellent."

"Arrived for check-in at 2 pm. Room not ready. Came back at 5 pm. Room still not ready. Front desk explained that hotel is short-staffed. Likely true. It is hard to hire and retain unskilled workers in urban Malaysia these days. If you need a strict time for afternoon check-in, be sure to make this very clear in advance with the front desk. Otherwise, the hotel is okay. 30 minute walk to Jonker Street. Restaurants, even a Starbucks, in the immediate vicinity. Car parking easy. "
