"In Jeju city very close to airport. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were not very friendly (no smile or even acknowledgement from reception staff), and also could not speak English. Breakfast buffet provided but nearly all Korean with little vegetarian options apart from the bread."

"飯店位置佳，提供免費停車場，大門正對那條街很熱鬧，有吃的逛的，後面巷子也有不少排隊美食店可供旅客尋寶，且有換錢所。 入住時辦理人員粗心大意，原定兩間房，一間雙人雙床一間三人房，自動對調了，導致接下來的入住期間備品一直無法補足(三人房的備品不足，雙人房的告知後有自動減少一份)。 飯店響應環保，所以連客人用過的杯子都不更換了，回來還要自己洗杯子，茶包也沒有補充。"
