Great little hotel near to jeju airport. It’s a very short walk to pickup points for all tours around the island and is located in a central area with a lot of shopping and dining options. The room is generously sized with a good bathroom. It even has a laundry/steaming closet in the room.

Really like that there are many places to explore near the hotel! Hotel staff were friendly and nice. Valet was super helpful especially if you’re planning on renting a car!

Excellent stay at Hotel Leo, Jeju

Had a wonderful 5 nights stay at Hotel Leo which has excellent staff members at front desk (met 4 different staff) especially Ms Helen who is so cheerful, helpful and wonderful in rendering multiple services e.g. helping with my smooth and efficient check-in, recommended of great food outlets and places to visit within the city areas, plus helping to write in Korean languages on the few places I wanted to go so that I can show to the bus or taxi drivers for clear directions. Helen is a GEM, thank you very much for your great hospitality.

Wonderful hotel located within walking distance of Lotte duty free a common meeting point for Jeju day trips as well as lots of dining places. Staff are very helpful and speak good English. A fabulous stay and the styler in the room is great to dry our clothes when it rains in Jeju

I enjoyed my experience at Hotel Leo. The most memorable part of the experience was how hospitable, kind and helpful the staff was (in particular the assistant manager on duty, Helen). Would recommend!

Convenient location and helpful staff.

Hotel is at a convenient location and accessible to Dream Tower in minutes walk. Shops and restaurants are all around . The hotel offers free valet parking as they have to drive your car in other storeys via the vehicle lift.

Excellent location with good restaurants and shopping areas within walking distance. Hotel staff was very courteous and helpful, and always ready to help upon request. I enjoyed my stay here. I had a very large & comfortable bed within a spacious room. The bathroom had a great shower & Japanese style toilet. I really liked having the LG Styler in the room to refresh my clothes. This is not something I’ve come across before. The hotel was in a great location, near various shops, cafes and restaurants and near a pick up point for day tours. I had a lovely massage next door to the hotel. Upon checking out I asked for a taxi to be called to take me to the airport. Unfortunately the person at the front desk was distracted & forgot to call, but this was quickly rectified when I asked again. It would be great if black teabags were available as well as green tea & coffee.
