"飯店位置佳，提供免費停車場，大門正對那條街很熱鬧，有吃的逛的，後面巷子也有不少排隊美食店可供旅客尋寶，且有換錢所。 入住時辦理人員粗心大意，原定兩間房，一間雙人雙床一間三人房，自動對調了，導致接下來的入住期間備品一直無法補足(三人房的備品不足，雙人房的告知後有自動減少一份)。 飯店響應環保，所以連客人用過的杯子都不更換了，回來還要自己洗杯子，茶包也沒有補充。"

"I stayed here with my wife and there were nothing to complain about, exept one thing. The room and shower room were perfectly cleaned up and well decorated with cares. We were happily staying for two nights but at the night of the first day, we both began to feel strange sore throats. It was dry and scratchy kind of feeling. "적당히 괜찮은 호텔입니다 위치는 신제주 한가운데라 주변 식당이나 편의시설은 많습니다. 다만 신라면세점이 건너편에 있고 누웨마루거리 (구 바오젠)가 가까워서인지 중국인이 엄청 많습니다. 청결은 보통이고 수압좋고 전반적으로 편하게 쉬었습니다. 살짝 더웠는데 중앙집중식 냉난방 시스템이라 온도조절기를 써도 맘에들만큼 시원하진 않았습니다. 결국 프론트에 요청해서 선풍기를 한 대 받아서 사용했습니다. 머리맡에 콘센트가 하나 있긴한데 요즘 휴대폰 충전이 기본이니 하나 더 있었으면 좋았겠다 싶습니다."
