Its location was a major highlight—just a short walk from Black Pork Street, numerous excellent local restaurants, and Jeju Airport—making it a convenient base for exploring the island. One moment that stood out, however, was when I asked for help booking a rental car and was simply directed to search online. This felt a little dismissive, though it may have been due to a language barrier...

"We have used the self service laundry at night but while we were waiting for our clothing drying in the dryer, the lights in the laundry room were switched off even though there were still hotel guests doing laundry in the laundry room. We have to use the touch light in our phone to finish our laundry in the dark It is really inconsiderate."
