"We had a great stay at Maison Hotel Bangkok. The service is incredible. Everyone is genuinely kind, smiling, and helpful, and it really makes a difference. The lobby is beautiful and welcoming, and the common areas are very well designed. The gym is excellent, with lots of wood and a warm, modern feel. The pool is nice, although a little cold. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they are very comfortable and well laid out. The only small “downside” is the location. You are close to the Nana area, which might not be for everyone, but the hotel is very well insulated from it. Once you pass the gates and enter the property, you don’t feel it at all. The noise doesn’t carry into the rooms, and you barely hear any music. On the positive side, the hotel is very close to the BTS and in a convenient, central area. Overall, everything was excellent and we would absolutely stay here again."

"I had a wonderful stay during my recent trip to Bangkok. The hotel service was excellent from start to finish—staff were warm, attentive, and consistently professional, which really elevated the experience. The room itself was a standout. Having a fully equipped kitchen made the stay extra comfortable, especially for a longer visit. The room design was modern and tasteful, and the bathroom was beautifully aesthetic, feeling both luxurious and relaxing. On top of that, the city view was stunning and made every morning and evening feel special. This is definitely a hotel I can see myself coming back to again and again. The only downside worth mentioning is that the room did not have proper curtains or drapes to dim the light, so the room became very bright early in the morning. If you’re sensitive to light or enjoy sleeping in, this might be something to consider. Overall, an excellent stay with just one small detail keeping it from being absolutely perfect. Highly recommended for comfort, style, and service. "
