"今回初めて宿泊しました。
まずチェックインのときに、「満室」などと言われスムーズなチェックインができませんでした。
しばらくやりとりをした結果、チェックインすることはできたのですが、通された部屋が写真とは全く異なる、古びた部屋でした。
なぜかキッチンがあるのですが、シンクについていたはずの水栓は壊れたのか取り外 されていました。シャワーブースは写真のようなガラス張りのものではなく、カーテン1枚で仕切るのみ。
アメニティーも、歯ブラシ、髭剃り、スリッパはありませんでした。
バルコニーは鳩の糞だらけ。
あと、これは人によって感じ方は異なるかもしれませんが、大半の宿泊者は中国人の団体旅行客です。
朝食もほとんど中華料理で、ガヤガヤしていて落ち着いて食事できないです。
ホテルの隣にコンビニがあるのですが、私が行ったときは中国人でごった返していて、結局何も買わずに店を出ました。
こんな感じで、褒められるところは全くありません。
今回はタイミングもあったと思いますが、1泊あたり１万円くらい払いましたが、返金してほしいくらいです。
