"Not the best stay. The sheets were dirty when we checked in. Front desk and housekeeping staff fixed the issue but should not have happened in the first place. The staff were friendly, but I don’t think I would stay here again."

"Property was great with the exception of the staff that cleans the room took my phone charger and then claimed she didn’t have it. I was at the front desk checking out and realized I left my charger plugged into the wall. I immediately went back to retrieve it and was told by staff that she didn’t see it! Impossible!! Won’t be returning!! THIEF!!"

"From the outside, the hotel doesn’t look bad at all. The building appears well-kept, and the entryway looks like it has been recently remodeled or updated. The front desk associate was the highlight of our stay—she was friendly, welcoming, and made the check-in process smooth. Unfortunately, the rooms were a different story. Our first room had a strong musty odor that seemed to be masked with air freshener or perfume. We didn’t stay in that room long because the entry door would not lock...

"Room was clean and staff treated us well. The only issue was that the ceiling had a big bubble of water so it was leaking water."

"Had stayed here a couple of times before, but third time was the charm --- much better this time around with the restaurant being the exception. At check-in we were told the restaurant would be open for dinner, but did not open at all for two days.Luckily, there are some good eateries in walking distance."

"AWFUL. Everything broken down and in disarray. Some group rented ballroom and partied LOUDLY until well past 2 am. Advertising boasts “soundproofed rooms” and they are NOTTTT. I requested a room FAR from the action and was given one RIGHT ABOVE the ballroom with the thumping bass. When I went to the front desk at 1:30 am, I was told “oh well - they rented the room” and there was no recourse. There was no breakfast or other fixes offered."

"Hotel is currently under renovation. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was clean, but no microwave, and all it was only one outlet for a charger with no box, so I had to juggle charging my phones. Breakfast was good there also."
