"If you don't mind staying in a bad neighborhood and having your items stolen out of your car then this is definitely the place to book. The places was over clean and neat the patio needs some attention. The hot water in the master bathroom doesn't get hot only warm water. Unable to reach host and host never contacted me back😡😡😡"

The breakfast was not worth NO 24.00 dollars per person, it was the same as you get from breakfast buffets that are free at other hotels."

"This property was conveniently located to Lakewood Amphitheatre and allowed pets to stay at no charge which I think is awesome! The pool area was under construction during my stay so I was unable to utilize it. Beware if you’re using a third party booking service because you will not get the same perks offered on the hotel website. "We enjoyed our stay. We chose this location due to the great amenities, such as having a Starbucks and Ruth Chris restaurant on site. The breakfast is always a treat."

"My only complaint is that the shower in the bathroom did not work properly. I was forced to take a bath with hot water. The mixer was not functional. I left for a function at 10:00 AM with the promise that it would be repaired. I returned at about 8 or 9 PM and it was not. A second complaint saw a very apologetic plumber replacing the "Mixer". Apparently the report/complaint was not accurately recorded or passed on to him. The efficient Airport Shuttle driver made up for my disappointment."
