"Despite calling multiple times before arrival to confirm the availability of the INDOOR POOL, the pool and fitness area were being completely renovated when we arrived. The indoor pool was the sole reason for selecting this hotel for a multiple night January stay. Somehow, between when we booked and when we arrived, a surprise, months-long renovation had begun. The hotel needs to be transparent about this and the listing on this website should be updated as well."

"It was a great stay once we gotnin the room. The first room we were assigned to was propped open by the doorlock hinge. We arrived pretty late at night andndid not feel comfortable going in and also worried it may have been assigned to someone else as well. So we went back down stairs and the receptionist appologized and got us into a new room quickly. Everything else was great. "

"I was disappointed in this Holiday Inn. It was nice and clean but we had NO HOT WATER. I had to take a cold shower and my husband couldn't even shower cause after I took a cold shower the water was even more freezing then when I showered. Also when I booked the room I added the extra for 2 breakfast and when I checked in the lady never gave me our vouchers even though I asked what time breakfast was. I didn't know we had to have vouchers so the next morning they tried charging us $15.99 each for breakfast and I had to go stand in line to have the lady to give us vouchers for our breakfast when we should have received those when we checked in so I didn't waste time that morning cause we had to get to the airport. PARKING.. that is another story. No where in my reservation did it mention we had to pay $20 to park in the hotel parking lot to stay there. I had to put $150 deposit down and they take the parking fee from that. I mean seriously..I paid to stay there in a room and paid for my breakfast but also charges you to park your car there. I understand charging people to park there if they are only using the parking lot as an extended parking to go to the airport using the shuttle but charging your guest that paid for a room to park overnight and leaving the hotel with their car the next morning is insane. What's next?? Charging you for each bag you carry to the room?? So many fees. Definitely not worth it and never again at this hotel."

"disgusting and ghetto. I was fearing for my life from the minute i entered the property. The hallway to our room was something from a horror movie Took 20 minutes to get my room and when i got in I immediately booked another hotel and called my uber. 0/10 do not recommend "
