Had a sliding door that very difficult to slide. Told them about it and they were supposed to send someone. Never happened I was there two more days.

"The pool was closed. For me, the bed after the second night made my lower back hurt so bad that sleeping on the couch at a relatives house was the only thing that helped. Room service showed up at 8:30am. We were supposed to be staying for 6 nights so I'm not sure why they were trying to clean a room so early. Overall, this was a good stay for a budget-friendly extended-stay hotel.
The property appeared to be newer, and everything felt clean and well maintained. As expected with an extended-stay hotel, it seemed that some guests were long-term residents, which did not bother us.
The room was simple and functional. The bed was a bit firmer than we personally prefer, but we tend to like very soft mattresses, so that really comes down to preference. The room layout was a little tight on one...

"The check-in process at this hotel was simple, quick, and very friendly. It was suggested by the clerk that I join the rewards program, so I did. I travel about 30-35 days a year but I have not stayed at a Holiday Inn in 20 years so I decided to join. That was a mistake.
Later in the evening after returning my rental car, it took 3 phone calls, and an hour and a half for the complimentary van to get me the 6-minute drive from the airport to the hotel. The van driver wouldn't talk to me about it...
