What truly stood out was the thoughtful surprise she arranged for us upon arrival a beautiful setup with wine and a heartfelt note acknowledging our anniversaries. It was such a sweet and personal touch that made us feel incredibly special. Her level of hospitality, attention to detail, and kindness truly elevated our entire experience. "By far, the best customer service EVER! We stayed for 3 days, and have kot 1 complaint...well maybe 1...the chick in the hot tub, on 2 phones, one "live" complaining about how hot it was! But otherwise, Summer, Netta, Jessica, The Island Lady that sat with us at breakfast, the bartenders...everyone was amazing! 10 out of 10...serving breakfast AND dinner/happy hour!! Best Boss Choice we made for our Girls Weekend!! "
