"The overall experience was great. I did have an issue during check out but I am not going to lower my 5 star rating because of it. I know they are just doing their jobs. Upon checking, they wanted housekeeping to check the room and clear it before we left. "This hotel was wonderful. I was immediately greeted upon entering and even though I was early they arranged for me to access my room quickly. The room was quiet, clean, spacious, and well appointed. The on site spa was so nice I had massages both days I was there. Pool was lovely! I ate lunch and breakfast at the hotel and the food was good. I'd definitely stay here again."

"It's off the main roads but minutes away from them. It has a view to die for. The staff as most of the Filipino people are, well just super polite and gracious. "This hotel is very close to the airport, and shuttle service was excellent! Greeted with cool drink and washcloth upon arrival. Restaurant was very inexpensive with excellent food at dinner and breakfast. Hallways at floor level are not air-conditioned, and the noise from hallway and elevator was frequent in my room that was close to the elevator. ask for a room away from the elevator. "Very comfortable stay for the night. I have stayed here once before and both times now it was a pleasant stay. Room is always clean, bathroom shower is always hot with good pressure, bed is comfortable..just a really nice little hotel. The lobby has a Cafe in it.
