"Walls were chipping paint. No elevator. Didn’t mention that in the Expedia description. Manager was difficult to coordinate access with after messaging several times the day before our arrival. Instructions were last minute on how to check in. Upon departure, I was messaged that I owed another $15 for a resort fee of some nature. Had no documentation to that affect. The location was good. "

"We had one of the largest rooms. This property is close to everything. The brothers that own it are very nice and will help to arrange transportation and offer advice on places to eat and visit if you ask. The complimentary minibar was a nice surprise after a walk from the bus station. The courtyard is nice too. Despite being in the centre of town the room was quiet. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again if visiting Taormina."

"I had a great night at the hotel and honestly could’ve stayed longer, I was just there for the night because I’m based somewhere else for the month of March. Host who greeted me was very kind and communicative. The room was extremely comfortable and cute, the little terrace is nice to have as well. "You could not change the temperature of the air in your own room. You had to call the front desk and ask them. The staff provided recommendations for Restaurants that were closed. Check-in took forever and argued with me that I booked two separate reservations even when I showed them my booking confirmation. Nothing about this stay showed as a Luxury 5 Star experience."
