"My expedia confirmation said checkout was 12, but on arrival the hotel said it was 11. I told the front desk this, but they didn't seem bothered and just said it was wrong on Expedia. It was a bit annoying as we had planned our onward trains based on midday checkout. The room was nice, and we enjoyed the sauna in the gym. "Room is of a good size, all looks well maintained. Breakfast was decent, standard selections. Overpriced though. Will recommend if you have an early flight from Vienna Int. "

"Duvet had a stain. Room facilities on Expedia states bathrobes but there is actually a charge for these. The bathroom door slides and did not close properly leaving a huge gap. I was sharing with two friends and it made it difficult coming in and out of room if someone was in bathroom as could see in from the corridor of the hotel. Had to ask for tea & coffee and extra mug as only 2 mugs, one teabag and no coffee in a triple room. These were replenished to a better amount when room was cleaned...

"Nice hotel, great location, didn’t find it noisey. Wouldn’t call it 4 stars though, I had to buy my own toothpaste. The hotel felt dated even though it’s apparently a relatively new hotel. However I would stay there again. Lidl and a good Irish bar across the road."

"The hotel was fabulous and in a really good location for visiting attractions whilst staying out of the really busy areas. The staff were wonderful , in particular , the girl at the cooked breakfast station. I didn’t get her name , I think she said she was Polish. She was so happy, friendly and positive - an absolute credit to the hotel."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Reception staff were lovely and helpful with questions I had regarding local transport. Didn't have the breakfast dominant comment on that. We had a kettle and some tea/coffee in the room which was great but the kettle had a strong smell of soap in it and made the tea taste soapy! That's was my only negative though. Otherwise it was reasonable cost compared to city centre Vienna and good transport available nearby. "

"Zu Beginn sauberes Zimmer, allerdings wurde zwischendurch nicht einmal das Bad richtig sauber gemacht (eigene Haare lagen über den Aufenthalt auf dem Boden). Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen und das Kunstleder überall beschädigt. Flecken auf dem Teppich. Klima funktionierte nicht, sodass wir trotz Lüften (außen war es kalt) es in der Nacht kaum aushielten vor Hitze. Parkplatz Situation und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren gut."

"Everything is great, good service, they clean your room if you request using the door hanger, good breakfast, and the best is that is right in front of Wien Hauptbanhof (main train, metro and bus hub) you can grab a metro to Stephanplatz downtown the same as you grab a train to Salzburg or Prague.
