Fantastic location at Schonbrunn and an easy train or tram ride to all other landmarks. Room had a balcony which was great to sit on after being out all day. Room and hotel were great with lots of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby.

Excellent hotel - very clean and polished! I loved the rooms and big windows that opened up to let in fresh air. The bar and restaurant attached were very nice as well. Staff was friendly. Location was perfect.

This truly is a gem of a hotel. The elegance and charm of the hotel is so enjoyable. The rooms are renovated and outfitted with modern conveniences yet retain old world charm. The balcony overlooking Schoenbrunn parkland is soothing and relaxing. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good location. Property was clean but also aging infrastructure. Stafff was not particularly friendly. We ran into bad weather on the way to the hotel and got in later than expected. We just asked if the hotel restaurant was still open and the answer was just no, with no effort to direct us elsewhere. The bar also could not provide any food so we walked outside and found a nice little Italian restaurant. All the staff had to do was direct us somewhere where we could get food but they could not be bothered.

Had a large room with a small balcony. Checking in took a long time and there was no obvious queue so they served the most aggressive people first rather than who was actually waiting first. Bed was comfortable but the shower was terrible. It was impossible to avoid getting water on the floor and the temperature fluctuated continually. Location was decent and close to the subway but would stay closer to museum district in hindsight

Very clean and comfortable rooms that felt luxurious. Conveniently located a few blocks from subway and bus stop, yet felt safe and quiet. Plenty of bakeries, restaurants and stores nearby. Also enjoyed a lovely dinner one night at the hotel that exceeded our expectations . Another perk was a five minute walk to the palace gardens to enjoy evening walks. Overall a very pleasant stay that I highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
