"First time my family stayed here. We were offered an upgrade upon arrival but decided not to take it. The room was quite old but comfortable, so 2 days later we decided to see if we would want to take the upgrade. The Duty Manager, Fadzrul, very kindly took us to look at 3 rooms before we chose the Family Room at no extra charge. All the counter staff were so nice but Fadzrul was extra nice & clear in his explanations & help. The hotel is near MRT & has a 7-11 attached & is convenient to travel...

"We had a family room, which was quite big and it came with a balcony, which opened and we didn't see any cockroches. But the room wasn't very clean and bathroom was a bit outdated. The pool was very nice and great view."
