"Bathroom facility is rather dangerous. Lack of safety bar from bathtub. Soap dispenser installed too high up. Lack of 'non-slip ' patches in the bathtub. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and spacious with a pretty small balcony looking out to pretty trees. Easy access to the tram for a quick trip to the race course for events or city for everything else! "

"Out of all the hotel options in the city, I chose Naughton’s because of their clean and warm aesthetic. My stay here was nothing short of spectacular. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room and public areas were clean and well-kept. The pub downstairs has delicious food and the live music was a very nice touch. I would highly recommend a stay at Naughton’s and I will certainly be back next time I’m in Melbourne."

Nous ça ne nous a pas dérangé de pas avoir de tiroirs et pas de coffre de sécurité et le quartier était sécuritaire."

"Very poor soundproofing due to party door to next room. One night we were kept awake till 1am by loud conversation next door. View of back alley and walls Expensive, cramped basement parking. Neighbouring office building looked into the room Soggy carpets in corridor overlooking pool. Bedside light not working. Inaccessible power outlet by bed. Whole place needs renovation Helpful, friendly female receptionist, but surly manager."

"Well located apartment very close to city with tram stop on you doorstep. Views were great, front desk was always manned, staff were always courteous., security access was good. Rooms were good but can be noisy as it is located on freeway. Didn't bother us too much but noise is obvious. There is a handy IGA located downstairs which was very helpful. I must point out that the gym is located in entrance foyer which we found wierd and uncomfortable. Otherwise very nice. Would stay here again"

"Location excellent for purpose of attemding international garden show. Middle of lots of eateries. Room aircon good, had kettle for tea or coffee, bathroon good size ,water pressure low but good temperature. They are renovating at present (march 2026) but they only work during day stopping around 5pm. Staff helpful at all times. "

"Mean - amenities were cheap and old. Nothing spent on it in a while. Unit sleeps four but only two mugs, and towel rail barely held two towels if that. pretty dirty - while the kitchen, bathroom and bedding were clean, the rest of our apartment was dirty. Hand marks on the glass, hard floors dirty, skirting boards covered in dust, corridors hadn't been cleaned in many weeks. Walls in entry way were covered in scuffs marks up and down. Visiting the hospital for a scan, we asked if we could...
