Hotel Dekat Bergy Bandroom

"Convenient in Carlton, great customer service"

"Everything was very clean, and the staff was so helpful and friendly. The location was great with easy access to transportation! I’d say the only thing to be aware of is that the rooms are very compact, the bathroom door glass, and you should che k the hours of the dining room"

"Staff was very helpful and apartment was clean. Included secure parking which was very helpful."

"Bathroom facility is rather dangerous. Lack of safety bar from bathtub. Soap dispenser installed too high up. Lack of 'non-slip ' patches in the bathtub. "

"Easy to checkin and checkout, parking at the apartment is very convenient. Room view is nice, location is great, it’s close to tram stops, walking distance to few eateries nearby."

"前台服務員非常友善，因為我們需要2張單人床，前台服務員特地為我們清潔了一個有2床的房間，靈活的幫我們作出了調動，非常讚! 而且這個酒店設有停車位，離市中心亦不遠。唯一要改善的是空調機在運作時有些吵，建議檢查維修。"

It was loud there. The piano they played was extra loud, the divide between the rooms was thin so I could hear everything from the room next to me and the people outside my window were loud. The bed rolled around easily so I had to be careful not to bump it much when getting into it. The bed itself was...

"The rooms are ok, but this old hotel could do with some love. Also the parking is a very expensive extra."

"Great staff. Great location. Great facilities. Safe and quiet"

"The staff were very helpful. I mainly dealt with Owen and he was very helpful. I would recommend to family and friends."

"The property needs to pay more attention to details. The lobbies are mostly dirty."

"I have stayed here a few times when I come to Melbourne. The location is great, walking distance to everything. The hotel itself is quiet at night and during the day, as is the area. Lots of dining options around. I really liked the new drink vending machine with coffees and sparking sodas. Also the underground, secure parking is a bonus downtown."

"Bargain at the price"

"Friendly, helpful staff"
