"We made a reservation when we got there at midnight the Lady said she doesn’t have rooms for us he name was Jordan because we r latinos and they did charge us ahead of time so she said there was no manager and that she couldn’t do a refund and walked away leaving us there at front desk"

"Loved the simplicity of tru, contemporary and efficient. The wall hooks and other streamlined features were refreshing after staying in more traditional hotels. Breakfast was good as well."

"It was not very clean. Sticky floors. It smelled like they were using a scent to cover up insecticide smell. My nose burned the whole trip. It was in a ok part of town. If you want something cheap this place is ok and just barely ok. Amenities were vending right outside my room and we had a service dog. Every time someone used vending it bothered him and us. "I had a bug problem in my room. In addition, the floors are thin and you can here the busy roads. Not to mention noisy dogs. The place seems new tho and the breakfast was great."

"When we checked in, we were helped by Blake who was completely thorough on what all the amenities were. She suggested places to eat and we were impressed by her knowledge. The reason for only a good rating is this: I could not get into the bed easily. I am 5'4" and the bed was above my waist.
