"Homeless very scary people were living in back of the parking Dead cockroaches trash, and leafs and debris were in the elevator, sidewalks, and the room. Tried La Quinta, will go back to Best Western. Lady at front desk did not speak English."

"This place was filthy. The bathtub had dark mold on it, the drain had black stuff around it. The frame around the mirror at the sink was filthy, I got a washcloth and wiped some of it. I could not believe my eyes. The faucet was about falling off. The shampoo was clogged up in the shower.I am highly disappointed in this hotel."

"Was not able to get the room we reserved they tried to give me a room not handicap accessible but telling me it was. Poor communication. Luckily one front desk clerk was able to figure it out and I was to get a handicap accessible room but not the suite I reserved prior to arrival they blamed it on Expedia. They need to know what is in there rooms. "

"We rent hotel rooms because of the pillows and the mattress. Everything else is just dressing and dressing on the pillow pillows and the mattress."

"The rooms are nice and clean. Nothing too fancy but perfect for what we needed. Staff was cordial. Breakfast staff was superb. Always replenishing smiling and greeting you."

"IT TOOK AND HOUR AND HALF TO GET INTO MY ROOM BECAUSE THE KEYS WOULDNT WORK SO THEY SWITCHED MY ROOMS, IF I LEFT ME ROOM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY I COULDNT GET BACK IN SO I HAD TO KEEP GETTING KEYS MADE, THEN THEY KEPT MY ENTIRE DEPOSIT BECAUSE THE SERVICE DOGS I WAS TAKING BACK TO THEIR OWNERS WERE NOT MINE, IT WAS A TOTAL CRAP SHOW. HIGLY DO NOT RECCOMEND."

"I truly disliked my stay here and even checked out two days early, no receipt was given upon my check out to close out my stay or nothing. The rooms need a serious upgrade. The floors buckle when you walk on them, dishes out dated from the early 90’s, sofa dirty, unpleasant odor (I had to purchase a candle), and rust all over the bedside lamps. The staff disconnected and not inviting."
