"The room was clean. The air conditioner was not working properly. Three trips over three days to the front desk and knowbody showed up to fix it so we gave up. The front desk staff and concierge were not helpful. They handed out restaurant menus that were from 2025. We planned to enjoy a buffet one night. Only to find out that had not been offered in over a year. There is no airport shuttle but the taxis were great. "

"We had an excellent stay here. Everything went smoothly from booking to getting the keys and checking in. It was a good sized apartment for our family of three. The bed was comfortable and we liked the pool right outside our door. This is a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the resorts. It’s a quick walk to Surfside beach. You will need to rent a car or call for a taxi if you wish to explore the rest of the island."

"Loved how clean it was, near a big supermarket, near the streetcar, and not too far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Bus terminal is also a 20 minute walk away, from which you can take buses to many places (airport, eagle beach, palm beach etc). The only thing I did not like is breakfast was not included. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Wonders. The grounds and garden area are so peaceful and relaxing. We had breakfast there every morning and it was great. They have chairs, towels, beach bags and snorkeling gear available to borrow. They also had aloe and sunscreen that you could help yourself to and there are snacks/drinks available for purchase. The two cats that live on grounds were a great addition. There were a few little bodegas within a five minute walk and downtown Oranjestad, with many shops and restaurants, was an easy 20 minute walk. Wonders also provides a free shuttle to Eagle or Palm beach daily around 10am. Overall we had a great stay and recommend Wonders for those looking for calm, tranquility and convenience. "
