"Everything was fantastic except for a woman at the front desk named Janine. On two different occasions she was very rude and didn't want to be bothered changing big bills to be used for tips for the staff and to help with a problem with my key bracelet. "Our stay was amazing and perfectly suited our family’s needs. The location was ideal, within walking distance to the beach and close to everything we wanted to do, with a grocery store nearby as well. Jay was incredibly warm, kind, and accommodating. I especially want to highlight his character. During our stay, he went out of his way to decorate a room for a guest who planned to propose to his girlfriend, covering the cost himself with rose petals, champagne, and balloons. Unfortunately, that guest canceled at the last minute and left a negative review. I saw the video of the room Jay prepared and felt it was important to share how thoughtful and generous he truly is. The property was exactly as shown in the photos, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I would absolutely encourage anyone considering this place to book with confidence."
