We had a lovely two-night stay here and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, and the entire property was well cared for, quiet, and full of charm. It felt like a peaceful retreat after busy days out exploring Aruba, and everything we needed was provided, making the stay easy and relaxing. The value for the price was excellent. A special mention goes to Barbara, the hostess, who was incredibly attentive, kind, and welcoming—she truly made the stay feel personal and enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, charming, and peaceful place to stay.
THE Owner was not on island this time.
But Ronald and Esther where excellent to us more importa tly made some good memories and great friends.
If you are a person who like a quiet place definitely recommended.
Room was clean, people were friendly. No hot water. Some appliances were not working, they were replaced quickly. Okay if you are looking for a basic stay for a night or two.
Overall a bit outdated.
I booked this stay for a short night to escape a bad situation and the host was so wonderful and kind to me. She upgraded my room and drove me directly to the airport the next morning. I was comfortable and safe!
It's important to read, reveals, and it's important to leave a review. With the honest observation and experience without going off of any type of personal feelings about whatever they really true review! Here you go
When we first arrived, I understood nature when we blow, they go everywhere. However, it looked like these leaves has not been swept up for several days and it covered the pool.It did not look inviting. They were fees that was not explained on the website. Our room had no towels, and then we were told it was dollars.Towels you on vacation. Why would you want to pack your luggage that you're only allowed to have so much weight to bring a towel. I can understand not having body wash Most people bring that. Then we noticed our floor was dirty. After that , I felt like the entire room and not been cleaned. Then we were told that we are responsible for cleaning our room, but there was nothing to use to clean it.No trash bag , no broom , no map. After She told me to fold the towels that I end up getting from her and put them and hang them in the bathroom. I feel that these rooms we clean are for her next guest. So I did not make the bed or hang the tiles up as if they look new because she needs to have clean linen for her guest. This is going to put the icing on the cake. There was a beautiful Rock Garden where 2 lounge chairs under a nice lighting looks very inviting. And this was the smoking area. However, when I looked down, poop everywhere
We had a great time. We were there for three weeks. The pool was beautiful warm and clean the properties. Very pretty many plantings everywhere. Even the animals hung around once in a while. We’re very friendly purring cat on your lap on vacation is kind of cool. Our host Barbara was very attentive to our needs and questions about Aruba. It was a quick half hour walk to town and the closest beaches. If you wanted to go farther, it was very easy to get a cab or jump on the Aruba bus. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby. Just think I should mention that our room had no coffee maker so Barbara went out and bought us a brand new one and we had a coffee maker. We would gladly go back here anytime. Jc

Disliked: Cleanliness
Shopping was 10-15 minute car ride away. In the middle of a residential area
First we had great difficulty finding the place because it has 3 different business names. There was no on site parking as advertised. We had to wait on the owner to come and unlock a gate to get in, in the middle of the day. The owner said that she didn't have us checking in until the next day. We of course showed her our confirmation. She checked us in, charged us a refundable $100 for a deposit. Then another $95 for a tourist fee that was not refundable. She took us to a room that we entered via the sliding glass door. There were 2 king beds, we paid for a double king bed suite. The room was hideous, dirty, and very outdated and very used falling apart wardrobe. There was one electric outlet in the entire room. Lamps that were broken, leaning sideways with filthy lampshades and no where to be plugged in. There was no TV, no refrigerator, no closet, and no bathroom in the room. The bathroom was across the courtyard that we were given a key for. She assured us that we would be put in our room the next day. She then tried to tell us the next day that it would be one more night in the substandard room. Once my husband reminded her of what we paid for she moved us into another room with a single king bed and kitchenette and thank God a bathroom. Still not the room that we paid for. She told us that she was trying to help other people that didn't have a place to go and she put other people in our reserved room. We expressed our dissatisfaction with this. Horrible place!
