Simon was especially wonderful. When I checked in I was not told about the pool nor did I use it- I would have liked to take a peak at it for sure though! The hotel rooms are comfortable but they sorely need a coffee machine! A Nespresso would be ideal. I would visit and stay again. "

"The room was clean and I had a beautiful view of the piazza, however, if you have the window open, you will experience the sounds and smells from the street. The staff is incredibly polite and helpful to a fault. It is a small hotel with a small elevator; if it happens to be busy or out of order when you are arriving or leaving, the staff will help you get your luggage up and down the stairs. "The apartment was perfect for what we needed - great location a couple of minutes from Academia bridge, clean and nicely appointed. Whoever did the modernising was not a perfectionist in terms of finish! But everything worked well and we enjoyed it enormously. The support we got from administration before out trip was excellent and the staff at the sister Hotel Nani Mocenigo Palace were absolutely delightful, friendly and helpful."
