"Small boutique hotel, which goes out of its way to make your stay comfortable. Owner and staff are very friendly. Note, if you want a canal view, you have to be sure to book the room with that view. It is a very small canal in the back of the hotel. Location is good, Venice is a very walkable city so you can get from the hotel to pretty much anywhere within a 15 to 20 minute walk."

"Hotel was just fine for a great visit of Venice. The plaza it was in was wonderful at night, and was quiet in the after hours. There were restaurants near by and all the attractions of Venice were easily walkable. The hotel check in was quick and easy, the staff was wonderful, and room was cozy. There was free coffee, hair dryer available, and free water bottles. The walls are thin so noise transfers. I feel the location was perfect and I’d stay here again. I’d recommend. No issues or...

"Nice sitting area on each floor. Rooms are fairly large. Staff were extremely helpful . Beware, there are blackout sheets in windows so you don’t have any idea when sun comes up which could cause you to oversleep. Prefer a top sheet and blanket instead of a comforter only. AC inadequate. "

"The loft style room was more than we imagined. We a kitchen and refrigerator/ freezer this was a great find. Noel provided exceptional help and had the rooms ready for us when we arrived and was supper friendly. The restaurant below the building had the best food. "The rooms are clean, luxurious and the penthouse plunge pool was a welcome retreat. We had a room on the first floor initially but requested to be moved since the path to the penthouse pool required walking through the hotel bar.
