"Room was lovely & clean and had everything we needed. We booked a week in advance and was catching the late InterIslander so had a very late check-in. Mikki answered all my emails promptly and even put 2 orange cones in a parking space for us so we could park without any fuss late at night. Highly recommend and would happily return ☺️"

"Main shops and the Te Papa museum within a short walk. If you are a light sleeper I could hear music two of the 3 nights until about 03:50 in the morning. We were on the 4th floor.. When I raised this with the reception I was told it must be one of the surrounding bars which are licenced until 4:00.
Room was very clean and made up daily.
No breakfast. We tried to access the “free drinks” in the lobby a couple of times but locked.
Staff friendly. "

"Good downtown location. Used the pool and hot tub both of which were nice. Our Ferry out the next day was 3.5 hours late so they let us leave our car in the parking garage (we had valet parking the previous day) all the next day at no additional cost. Cooked in the kitchenette but the dinner menu looked good. The washer/dryer did not work well so beware."

"Loved all the art and ambiance.
Didn’t know there was a beautiful restaurant upstairs but found out in the morning so went there. Breakfast was excellent and loved the decor and view of the ocean. I think the concierge could have been more helpful in educating ourselves with the hotel and surrounding restaurants and activities. "

"No, our room looked out to a dingy parking lot. The hallways, main areas, room were dirty and not attractive at all. The bar and restaurant were empty and not appealing at all. The only redeeming part of the hotel was the walk along the waterfront. Hotel was a complete disappointment. "
