The room was spacious and clean. The staff were helpful. We had breakfast after 9 am so had to wait for the food to be topped up but it tasted good and there was a wide range to choose from. The location is excellent and within walking distance for many attractions. Parking is available on site. We have sayed there seversl times

Functional hotel in a great location for visiting the theatre, cable car etc. However the rooms feel unloved and in need of refurbishing, no air conditioning and the shower overspills water. There is also limited parking for SUVs and we had to park in the adjacent Wilson’s multi-storey car park. Friendly staff but overall it doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel.
