"The Wigwam staff was very friendly from when we checked in, servers, pool staff and at check-out. The resort grounds are beautiful. The family pool was nice however there were people eating poolside and their cups and food ended up in the pool. Our room A/C was not cooling. After 2 hours I texted for a maintenance engineer who was prompt. He had to clean the filter. It was completely clogged. The air began to cool immediately. We discovered later the safe was not working as it was low...

"The resort gives a great beautiful resort feel upon arrival and the variety of pools (with lots of chair options) you can go to is wonderful. However, the rooms are dated, house keeping either didn’t show up or didn’t come until nearly 7 pm. We stayed here for waterpark access but would have been better off paying for a day pass. Would not stay again as it’s not worth the price. "
