"I when there for a surgery. The person from Front Desk was kind enough to make the exception to bring breakfast up since I was not able to go down. It was a nice gesture as they don’t have the staff to do this.I do think it would be nice if they had some items already in the kitchen. There was no pots and pans or any utensils to make food. Not even plates they did brought certain things up upon request but it’s a pain to do this so having some basic things already in the room would be nice"

"The pictures on the platform are extremely misleading listing for this hotel.
The pictures and description listed on Expedia do not accurately represent the property, which is decrepit, dirty, and appears to be unsafe. Upon arriving to check in, the hotel did not even have a visible sign, and none of the pictures reflected its actual condition. This facility works as a shelter for sick people. It is in very bad condition and it is in an area of the city that is not ideal.
