Overall a great experience at this hotel, staff was super helpful and kind. The hotel seemed packed due to several events in place and they were able to find me an amazing room with view to the Monserrate. Mini bar within the room was empty, but there was complimentary water and coffee. Pizza and pasta at the 1st floor restaurant were pretty good.

We really liked the breakfast menu. Next to Corferias, which was convenient to enjoy the book fair while we stayed. Property is well known, so it is easy to go anywhere and come back in Uber or taxi at the end of the day.
