We had a great stay at Avani in early September. The area was very safe and there were great dining and shops options nearby. Our room had a lovely view. The staff was attentive and courteous. The breakfast was just amazing! It was so beautifully laid out and the array of tropical fruits was superb!

This hotel is amazing! The location is prime for shopping and dining. You feel super safe walking around and the hotel staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The breakfast buffet is outstanding and the perfect way to start each day. It will definitely be my go to spot to stay anytime I visit Bogota! I can’t wait for my next visit. A great boutique hotel. Very elegant, location is absolutely ideal for restaurants, business district and shopping. Amazingly friendly staff. I had a junior suite which was spacious but lacked the wow factor. Kettle didn’t work. On entering the building to check in security guard asked me what I wanted. Odd. ¿Do they ask everyone or only people of a certain physical appearance? I am of mixed race. Another issue is noise. I had a room at the rear and I assume it would be quiet. It wasn’t. I could hear music till very late. I don’t think the hotel has double glazing windows. Breakfast has a good selection. Would stay again.

Three blocks away from the metro , two blocks from a shopping center, girl in front desk was a bit rude , but staff from restaurant was awesome . A bottle of water would be much appreciated in rooms , they can do better with toilet paper quality , no refill available in room , beds were fine.
