"The rooms were so outdated and their version of scenic view was subpar. The tub in our room was so old it had a missing part on the base. The walls were paper thin. The staff was very informative and friendly honestly, the free shuttle to and from downtown is what saved the day. I hope it gets a facelift in the very near future bc it was pretty expensive for a hotel of such quality."

"They had no blow drier, staff said they would find one that is a floater and goes to rooms ppl need one, never got one!! We had to re-key the key everyday, sometimes twice , and no we didn’t get it near our phones, they told us that about 4 times!! Staff was friendly and room was clean except when we showered the tub backed up!!"

"Breakfast was good. Plenty of parking. We stayed 4 nights and our room was never restocked. No housekeeping. Had to go to front desk every evening to ask for new washcloths and towels. Trash build up and so did dirty towels, also had to ask for more tomorrow paper When we asked the front desk about id housekeeping would be coming at all to clean our room we were told they didn’t know. Nothing more was offered. front desk provided us with fresh towels but never offered any other assistance or removal of trash or dirty towels "

"As the self-appointed Chlorox Wipe Queen, I (Mrs. Eric) declare that I found my wipes just as white after I used them in our 4th floor room as they were when I plucked them from the packaging. As this is an older coastal property, I expect a bit of moisture-related yuck, but there was none to find. Clean as a whistle! Also, the staff has been historically very pleasant.
