"Very quiet. Safe neighbourhood. Walkable into city centre in half an hour. Plenty of places to eat nearby."

Comfortable bed too. Not happy with the coffee machine downstairs, expensive and terrible quality. Would not stay again."

Upon being greeted at door upon our arrival we realized this was going to be like no other place we have stayed before in any city. "Loved the nice room but walls are paper thin and if you are a light sleeper it would be terrible. Extremely clean and we enjoyed our stay. Laundry was difficult to access because we had to call where it is self check in . Should have had instructions in the room … "

"The room was nice. We had a king size bed (American sized) and a fold out hide a bed (bigger than a twin American, but smaller than a double) for our child to sleep in. They advertise that there’s more than one restaurant, but there’s only one. The food was average, nothing special, but also you know just pretty satisfactory. Also, it’s not really located in the heart of things. It’s definitely on the outskirts so getting an Uber took a while. I’d say stay here if you want a nice comfortable...

If you have mobility issues then best specify when booking as there are a lot of stairs to upper bedrooms. Ideal location with Botanic rail station opposite.
